By accessing and using SoSheets ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoSheets provides spreadsheet automation services that enable users to automate tasks such as sending messages, managing payments, and updating data automatically.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Fees for the Service are as follows:

• Setup fee: Starting at £497 (one-time)
• Monthly subscription: £97 per spreadsheet

4.2 Billing

Monthly billing begins once your automation is live. Payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no refund for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SoSheets and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your spreadsheet data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SoSheets harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SoSheets regarding the Service.
